The challenge is how to capture the depth, the movement. In my abstract, acrylic paintings, water sometimes looks like water, but it also sometimes looks like space or sky. Honestly, it’s not something I always control. Some paintings just happen.

Continuing to experiment with alcohol inks on Yupo. Getting certain effects is such a challenge. I've mastered circles, those little bubbles or dots, but the rest is often pure accident. Every day I bless the god of art for those "happy accidents." (The unhappy ones I try to paint over.)
