I was stuck at home (Pandemic) with limited art supplies (no raw canvas) and desperate to start painting again.  Cleaning up the accummulated stuff in my home studio, I discovered some old paintings on raw canvas that I really hated. Two coats of gesso later I had a canvas (albeit not raw canvas) I could paint on.  I blocked in the main color areas with fluid acrylic, waited for it to dry, and then added the "wind" with a bristly house painting brush.
